Write my cover letter from my resume and the job posting
Paste your resume (or upload the Word file) and the job posting. In about a minute you get a cover letter that opens with the job, proves two things with your real numbers, says something specific about the employer, and closes short. Plus a 120-word email version and a list of what to double-check.

Dear Ms. Alvarez, I am applying for the Customer Service Representative position at Brightline Home Services. For the past three years I have handled phone and chat support for a regional utility, where I resolved an average of 62 contacts a day with a 94% customer satisfaction score, and I would like to bring that record to a company whose reviews mention your technicians by name. At Clearwater Energy I was the person customers reached after a missed appointment or a bill they did not understand. I learned to open with what I could do, not what I could not, and to write down the promise I made so the next agent could see it. That habit is why my first-contact resolution rate stayed above 80% while the team average was 71%, and why my supervisor moved escalations to my queue during the 2024 storm season. I also care about the boring parts. I kept my notes clean in Zendesk, flagged three recurring billing errors to the product team with call examples, and trained four new hires on our refund workflow. Two of them are now team leads. Brightline's job posting asks for someone who can explain a service plan to a homeowner without jargon. That is most of what I did at Clearwater, and I would be glad to show you on a call. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Maya Torres (555) 014-2299 · [email protected]
Questions
Will it make things up?
No. The letter only uses what is in your resume and notes. Anything the posting asks for that your resume does not show is listed under "check before you send" so you can decide how to handle it.
Can I run it again for another job?
Each run is one job posting and one payment. Most people run it two or three times for the jobs they care most about, and use the free examples for the rest.
Is my resume stored?
It is kept for 7 days so your result link works, then deleted. It is not used to train anything.
What if I do not like it?
Email [email protected] with your result link. We refund or rewrite, your choice.
